USE WHAT YOU HAVE

A phone or tablet camera with a working timer is the essential device. Stabilize it on two or three books or another stable household phone support; a purchased stand is not required. Optional household items—such as a stable chair, plain fabric, paper, an intact mirror, a cool-running LED lamp, lace or rounded wire-free paper or fabric botanicals—can expand the scenes, but every concept includes a simpler route.

TRUE LOW-INK EDITIONS

The low-ink Letter and A4 guides use a paper-white background, graphite text, outlines and light gray fills. They contain no full-page dark fields, photographic backgrounds or raster textures, so they are a genuine alternate print path rather than a grayscale copy of the full-color edition.

THE VISUAL MOOD

Velvet shadow. Empty gilt frames. Moonlit glass. Rounded, wire-free paper or fabric botanicals. Ink-dark drapery. A mirror with no story assigned to it.

The collection is character-free and intentionally open-ended. It does not reproduce a named fictional world, recognizable character, celebrity likeness, logo or franchise style. You remain the author of the image.

BODY-NEUTRAL BY DESIGN

These prompts do not ask you to hide, correct or “flatter” your body. They offer choices in camera height, composition, gesture, coverage and movement so you can decide what feels expressive and physically workable. The content is nonsexual, and revealing clothing is never required. Seated, reduced-mobility and low-energy adaptations are included where relevant.

LICENSE AT A GLANCE

One purchaser may use the guides, worksheets, pose directions, diagrams and editable templates for their own portrait practice. You may publish, print, display and monetize your own original photographs, videos, captions and posts created with the product. You may customize an included layout for your own finished content and provide only the exported flat post to a platform, printer or contracted assistant to publish or print your content. No. It is delivered as downloadable digital files. Nothing is mailed.

DO I NEED A PROFESSIONAL CAMERA?
No. The product is designed around a phone or tablet camera with a timer or remote-shutter option.

DO I NEED SPECIAL LIGHTS?
No. The lessons use indirect window daylight or a cool-running household LED light. Other lighting equipment is not required.

DO I HAVE TO SHOW MY FACE?
No. Several approaches can be adapted around silhouette, crop, hands, movement, reflection, shadow or turned-away framing.

DO I HAVE TO WEAR REVEALING CLOTHING?
No. The content is nonsexual, and skin exposure is never required. Use the coverage, styling and expression that feel right to you.

CAN I USE THE PHOTOS FOR MY BUSINESS?
Yes. You may publish, print, display and monetize your own original photographs, videos, captions and posts created with the product in your own personal brand or business. The included source files and editable templates cannot be shared, resold or used for client work.

IS AN EDITING APP INCLUDED?
No photo-editing app, paid software or subscription is included or required for the portrait experience. Any photo-editing suggestions are optional and can be adapted to tools already on your phone.

WHICH PARTS ARE EDITABLE?
The two planner PDFs contain fillable fields. The 36 social layouts are editable across three PPTX decks: 12 square, 12 portrait and 12 story/reel-cover. The core guides, cards and print editions are not editable.

DO I NEED POWERPOINT?
You need software that can open and edit PPTX files only if you want to customize the social layouts. Other presentation editors may work, but text or spacing can shift, so check the exported result. No paid fonts are required.

DO I NEED INTERNET ACCESS?
You need internet access to complete the purchase and download the files. Once saved and extracted, the guides and templates do not require an internet connection unless your chosen PDF or presentation app does.

CAN I START ON ANY DATE?
Yes. The experience is undated. Follow the sequence or work at your own pace.

HOW LONG DOES EACH DAY TAKE?
The guided daily flow is designed for roughly 15–30 minutes, but setup time and creative pace vary. A day can be complete after one safe test frame and one selected image; the remaining shots and content prompts are optional.

WILL MY PHOTOS LOOK EXACTLY LIKE THE EXAMPLES?
No—and that is intentional. Your light, phone, room, body, wardrobe and creative choices make the result your own. Examples demonstrate principles rather than guarantee an identical result.

HOW DO I RECEIVE THE FILES?
After successful payment, Shopify sends a download link to the email used at checkout. When enabled by the store, the download also appears on the order-confirmation page. Save the files to your device before opening them.

WHAT IF MY DOWNLOAD DOES NOT WORK?
Reply to your order email with the order number and the device/browser you are using. We will help restore access or replace a damaged file. Refund eligibility is governed by the store's posted policy and applicable consumer law.
